Sara Lee Lister
Dip Phty, PG Dip Sports Medicine, Physiotherapist Acupuncturist, Registered Hand Therapist (NZAHT) Inc, Provider for NZ Academy of Sport.
Sara graduated as a physiotherapist from Otago Polytechnic in 1992. Sara has worked throughout New Zealand in both private practice and hospital outpatients (working in strong orthopedic teams), and also working for two years in the United Kingdom. Over this time, Sara has continued her education and has gained further qualifications in Acupuncture and Sports Medicine and recently in Hand Therapy. Sara has also been a provider for the NZ Academy of Sport for the last five years.
Sara is committed to her patients achieving full function. She believes a key to success is accurately identifying underlying causes. Sara is a skilled problem-solver and communicator and has in-depth physiotherapy practice experience, working with a range of patients: from professional sports men and women to outpatients in a hospital clinic.
Sara is an active sportswoman; in high school she played for the Under 21 Netball Team and in recent years has participated in women’s rugby, soccer, netball and basketball.

Robyn Brown
Dip Phty,
Registered Acupuncturist
Robyn has been working in private practice for over 16 years. She is highly skilled in the use of acupuncture, having been a Registered Acupuncturist for nine years. She has also taught Acupuncture at Post Graduate level.
Robyn has specialist training in manual and manipulative therapy. She also has a keen interest in treating post-surgical ACL repair, Rotator cuff repair and tennis elbow.
Robyn’s sensitive and caring approach puts patients readily at ease. Her specialist skills in manual and manipulative therapy and acupuncture are provided to each patient individually and ensure effective, quality treatment. As with Sara, Robyn works closely with patients to develop individually tailored treatment plans, with a clear focus on restoring strength and confidence and achieving the best physical outcome possible.
Maria Earl

Introducing Maria Earl Physiotherapist and Lymphoedema Therapist:
Maria is a physiotherapist specialising in lymphoedema management and post-operative breast cancer surgery. Maria has completed the level one and advanced certificate in lymphoedema management which complies with Australasian Lymphology Association Guidelines.
The following is some brief information on lymphoedema and its management.
What is Lymphoedema: Lymphoedema is chronic swelling of part of the body due to the lymphatic system not working properly.
Who is at risk of Lymphoedema? Anyone who has had lymph nodes removed as part of their treatment for cancer or if the lymphatic system has been damaged in any other way (such as a degloving injury). This is termed secondary lymphoedema. Primary lymphoedema may also occur when people are born with an inadequate lymphatic system.
